We achieve this by acquiring apartment communities below market value through a variety of well-established channels; repositioning distressed, under-performing properties by targeting deferred maintenance and inadequate management, and forcing appreciation through a sound business plan built around optimizing rental income and eliminating inefficiencies. We believe strongly in providing affordable, modern, convenient living for our residents while generating safe, consistent returns for our investors.
