Well Capital is dedicated to creating positive change within our apartment communities, while in the same vein, assisting in the abolition of the world’s lack of clean water. In order to accomplish this, we have chosen to partner with charity:water,  an organization that brings clean water to people who have never had it. 

 Over 703,000,000 people on Earth lack access to clean water. Dirty water has killed more people than in every war combined. Our true purpose in business is to end this crisis. We consistently give 10% of everything we make as operators to clean water efforts globally.
